Maksym brings more than 18 years of professional experience from the VESCO Group, one of umgi’s key assets. He joined the Group in 2007 as an engineer and progressed to the role of Director of Information Technologies, consistently developing the IT function in line with business growth and international expansion.
Over the years, Maksym has built strong hands-on expertise in IT for industrial and manufacturing companies. His experience spans business process automation, supporting operations across multiple countries, and ensuring stable and reliable IT infrastructure during periods of change, transformation, and heightened uncertainty.
“In my new role, it is important to me that IT serves as a strong foundation for the business. My focus is on stable processes, a reliable team, and the technological readiness of umgi and its assets for further development,” says Maksym Nataliutkin.
