Maksym worked for Recycling Solutions, Ukrplastic (packaging industry), Phillip Morris Ukraine (tobacco industry), and Deloitte & Touche (finance and audit). His areas of expertise include financial analysis, investment, and risk management.

Maksym Babii is a member of ACCA (FCCA) and a graduate of Kyiv National Economic University.
