Serhii Bahatskyi joined the UMGI team in August 2018 to systematize and optimize the operation of the company’s IT resources. His area of responsibility includes developing the company’s strategy and tactics for IT development, as well as managing IT projects related to business process automation and building IT infrastructure.

He has over 15 years of experience in the IT field, having worked in various business areas of the EastOne Group (an international investment and consulting group) and Myronivsky Hliboproduct. He possesses strong expertise in implementing corporate policies, building IT security systems, and developing and executing complex projects.

In 2016, Serhii graduated from the National Academy of Internal Affairs of Ukraine with a degree in Law, and in 2001, from Kharkiv Military University, earning a specialist degree in ACS/Computerized Systems and Control.
