Has served as IT Director at umgi since January 2026.

Before joining umgi’s management team, Maksym spent more than 18 years at the mining  VESCO Group, one of the company’s key assets. He joined the Group in 2007 and progressed professionally from an engineer to Director of Information Technologies.

He has deep expertise in implementing and developing IT solutions for industrial and manufacturing businesses, process automation, supporting business scaling, and ensuring the stability of IT infrastructure during periods of transformation.

He graduated from the Donbas State Engineering Academy and the Kremenchuk Mykhailo Ostrohradskyi National University.
